Qytetar\u00ebt po marrin mesazhe t\u00eb rreme nga \u201cSafe City\u201d me mashtrime dhe linqe r\u00eb rrejshme. Nj\u00eb mashtrim i ri i madh po p\u00ebrhapet p\u00ebrmes sistemit q\u00eb qeveria e promovoi si \u201ct\u00eb sigurt\u201d.<\/p>\n
N\u00ebse nuk mund t\u2019i mbrojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat dhe sistemin nga sulmet dhe mashtrimet e jashtme, at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft e qart\u00eb pse LSDM kund\u00ebrshtoi futjen e \u201cSafe City\u201d.<\/p>\n
Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb prova m\u00eb e mir\u00eb se sistemi mund t\u00eb abuzohet leht\u00ebsisht, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime politike.<\/p>\n
N\u00ebse nuk mund ta mbrojn\u00eb at\u00eb nga mashtrimet e zakonshme, imagjinoni se \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb kur duan ta p\u00ebrdorin at\u00eb kund\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve politik\u00eb, opozit\u00ebs ose qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk pajtohen.<\/p>\n
