Provokimet e z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrit dhe ministrit p\u00ebr Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie Nd\u00ebrmjet Bashk\u00ebsive, Ivan Stoilkoviq, ndaj institucioneve q\u00eb lidhen me zbatimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe duket se po thellohen edhe m\u00eb tej. Pas akuzave p\u00ebr keqtrajtim t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb ministrin\u00eb q\u00eb ai drejton, tani n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb presionit \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb Agjencia p\u00ebr Zbatimin e Ligjit t\u00eb Gjuh\u00ebve, institucion q\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqet nga Granit Osmani, kuad\u00ebr i VLEN-it.<\/p>\n
Sipas informacioneve te t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ka arritur gazeta KOHA, me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Stoilkoviqit, gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme \u00ebsht\u00eb hequr tabela informuese \u201cAgjencia p\u00ebr Zbatimin e Gjuh\u00ebve\u201d nga korridori i katit t\u00eb tret\u00eb t\u00eb ministris\u00eb ku edhe gjendet Agjencia, nd\u00ebrsa jan\u00eb mbuluar edhe materiale t\u00eb tjera identifikuese t\u00eb institucionit t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb muret e korridorit.<\/p>\n
Zyrtarisht, arsyetimi ka qen\u00eb se b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr renovim dhe se tabelat mund t\u00eb rikthehen pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb punimeve. Megjithat\u00eb, brenda institucionit \u2013 tek punonj\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb, ekziston mosbesim i madh ndaj k\u00ebtij sqarimi, sidomos duke pasur parasysh raportet e tensionuara q\u00eb prej fillimit t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb Stoilkoviqit.<\/p>\n
\u00c7\u00ebshtja e hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb p\u00ebr Zbatimin e Gjuh\u00ebve ishte hapur q\u00eb n\u00eb muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb VMRO-ZNAM-VLEN. Q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb tij, Stoilkoviqi kishte k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb Agjencia t\u00eb zhvendosej \u2013 fillimisht n\u00eb katin e par\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs, n\u00eb hap\u00ebsira ku aktualisht ndodhet Inspektorati p\u00ebr Zbatimin e Gjuh\u00ebve, hap\u00ebsira q\u00eb konsiderohen t\u00eb pamjaftueshme edhe p\u00ebr vet\u00eb Inspektoratin.<\/p>\n
Burime brenda institucionit b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se n\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb kishte pasur debate dhe kund\u00ebrshtime verbale, nd\u00ebrsa situata ishte qet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht. Por zhvillimet e sotme vler\u00ebsohen si rikthim i presionit p\u00ebr largimin e Agjencis\u00eb nga objekti i ministris\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Ndryshe, gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur minist\u00ebr p\u00ebr Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie Nd\u00ebrmjet Bashk\u00ebsive ishte Artan Grubi, Qeveria kishte marr\u00eb vendim q\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb p\u00ebr Zbatimin e Gjuh\u00ebve t\u2019i ndaheshin 350 metra katror\u00eb n\u00eb katin e tret\u00eb t\u00eb ministris\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, me marr\u00ebveshje dhe mir\u00ebkuptim institucional, Agjencia kishte fituar edhe hap\u00ebsira shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr funksionim normal. Megjithat\u00eb, me ardhjen e Stoilkoviqit n\u00eb krye t\u00eb ministris\u00eb, hap\u00ebsirat pa vendim qeveritar iu mor\u00ebn Agjencis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa tani po shtohen dyshimet se institucioni mund t\u00eb detyrohet t\u00eb largohet t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht nga nd\u00ebrtesa.<\/p>\n
