P\u00ebr ngjarjet n\u00eb \u201cLagjen e Trimave\u201d nga muaji shkurt i vitit 2016 n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn penale \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar seanc\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore kund\u00ebr 29 personave t\u00eb cil\u00ebt akuzohen p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb b\u00ebra penale \u201cOrganizat\u00eb terroriste\u201d dhe \u201cTerroriz\u00ebm\u201d. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb 29 t\u00eb akuzuarit p\u00ebr rastin e Kumanov\u00ebs para Gjykat\u00ebs u deklaruan se nuk ndihen fajtor\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Rasti m\u00eb von\u00eb u bashkua me l\u00ebnd\u00ebn \u201cRufeja\u201d n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin u zhvillua proces kund\u00ebr tet\u00eb personave ndihm\u00ebs t\u00eb grupit t\u00eb armatosur nga \u201cLagjja e Trimave\u201d me \u00e7ka numri i t\u00eb akuzuarve u rrit n\u00eb gjithsej 37.<\/p>\n
Prokuroria Republikane Publike ka ngritur procedur\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arrestuarit n\u00eb aksionin n\u00eb Kumanov\u00eb pasi MPB-ja parashtroi kall\u00ebzim penal deri tek Prokuroria Themelore Publike p\u00ebr ndjekjen e krimit t\u00eb organizuar dhe korrupsionit kund\u00ebr numrit t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb personave p\u00ebr \u201crrezikim terrorist t\u00eb rendit kushtetues dhe siguris\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n
Nga 37 t\u00eb akuzuar, 33 persona jan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr veprat, nd\u00ebrsa kat\u00ebr persona \u00ebsht\u00eb sjell aktvendim lirimi.<\/p>\n
Gjykata Penale n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 2017 me burg t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm i d\u00ebnoi Andi Krasniqi-Malisheva, Dem\u00eb Shehu, Fadil Fejzullahu, Nasuf Bekiri, Valdet Zekaj, Beg Bajra dhe Fejzulla Rushitovski. Me 40 vite burg u d\u00ebnuan, Komandant Sokoli, Esat Kafexholli, Ardian Bujari, Shefqet Halla\u00e7i, Betim Kabashi, Genci Sefaj, Enver Hoxha Klein, Rufki Dogani, Bajram Elshani, Nexhmedin Lika, Lirim Krasniqi, Sevdail Miftari, Fatmir Re\u00e7ica.<\/p>\n
Me 20 vjet burg jan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar Kenan Isni, Fadil Elshani, Lirim Demiri, Hajrush Abdia, Landrit Rrustemaj, Mirsad Qerimi. Musadik Pajaziti dhe Ebip Aliji jan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me nga 12 vite burg. Arsim Bajrami dhe Elham Arifi nga 13 vite. 14 vite iu shqiptuan Seadudin Abdullait nd\u00ebrsa 18 vite Ragmi Latifit. Prej t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve, 19 jan\u00eb shtetas kosovar\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nga Maqedonia. Vet\u00ebm kat\u00ebr persona t\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr logjistik\u00eb nga Maqedonia jan\u00eb liruar t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht nga akuzat. Vler\u00ebsimi i aktakuz\u00ebs u b\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2015 kur p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, grupi prej 37 t\u00eb akuzuarve u mblodh n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e vog\u00ebl t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Penale. Shqyrtimi kryesor filloi m\u00eb 10 shkurt t\u00eb vitit 2016. Seancat e para gjyq\u00ebsore ishin thuajse t\u00eb heshtura, por n\u00eb fjal\u00ebt hyr\u00ebse q\u00eb kishin mund\u00ebsi t\u2019i japin t\u00eb arrestuarit, u denoncua likuidimi i Beg Rizajt dhe Mirsad Ndrecajt, por edhe disa pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb grupit, pas arrestimit.<\/p>\n
