{"id":13542,"date":"2026-05-13T08:40:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-13T08:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faktiditor.ch\/?p=13542"},"modified":"2026-05-13T08:40:00","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T08:40:00","slug":"mjeket-e-arrestuar-ne-vushtrri-kishin-edhe-raste-te-mehershme-per-ryshfet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faktiditor.ch\/?p=13542","title":{"rendered":"Mjek\u00ebt e arrestuar n\u00eb Vushtrri kishin edhe raste t\u00eb m\u00ebhershme p\u00ebr ryshfet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00ebn dyshimet p\u00ebr marrje ryshfeti jan\u00eb arrestuar dy mjek\u00eb t\u00eb spitalit n\u00eb Vushtrri.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb arrestuarit jan\u00eb Ekrem Sefiu dhe Valdet Rexhepi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin k\u00ebrkuar dhe pranuar para nga qytetar\u00ebt p\u00ebr ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 njofton Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb, sipas dyshimeve fillestare, i dyshuari Ekrem Sefiu n\u00eb tri raste, nd\u00ebrsa i dyshuari Valdet Rexhepi n\u00eb pes\u00eb raste, kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar para nga qytetar\u00ebt p\u00ebr ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Me vendim t\u00eb prokurorit, t\u00eb dyshuarve u \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar masa e ndalimit prej 48 or\u00ebsh, nd\u00ebrsa brenda afatit ligjor do t\u00eb paraqitet k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr caktimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb siguris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluarit, raporton Paparaci.<\/p>\n<p>Mjek\u00ebt e arrestuar n\u00eb Vushtrri kishin edhe raste t\u00eb m\u00ebhershme p\u00ebr ryshfet.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2017, kirurgu Valdet Rexhepi, i akuzuar p\u00ebr \u201cmarrje t\u00eb ryshfetit\u201d ishte shpallur fajtor nga Gjykata Themelore e Mitrovic\u00ebs. P\u00ebr dy pikat e aktakuz\u00ebs me t\u00eb cilat ngarkohej, Rexhepi ishte d\u00ebnuar me d\u00ebnim unik prej 6 muaj burgim efektiv.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas aktit akuzues, Rexhepi, si kirurg i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Spitalin \u201cSheik Zayed\u201d, e i angazhuar me pun\u00eb n\u00eb Spitalin Rajon \u201cDr. Sami Haxhibeqiri\u201d, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb ka k\u00ebrkuar dhe pranuar p\u00ebrfitim material n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb veproj\u00eb n\u00eb pajtim me detyr\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00ebrin rast, i pandehuri kishte marr\u00eb 150 euro nga i d\u00ebmtuari Bahtir Jonuzi, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ta operoj\u00eb gruan e k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit. N\u00eb rastin e dyt\u00eb, i pandehuri kishte marr\u00eb 100 euro nga i d\u00ebmtuari Ajet Dajaku, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fotografim q\u00eb i ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb gruas s\u00eb tij, Valdete Gashit.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe mjeku Ekrem Safiu ishte arrestuar m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn vep\u00ebr penale.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn e publikuar thuhej se i pandehuri Ekrem Sefiu akuzohet se m\u00eb 27 shtator 2022 n\u00eb Spitalin \u201cSheik Zayed\u201d n\u00eb Vushtrri, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e doktorit\/kirurg, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb ka k\u00ebrkuar dhe pranuar p\u00ebrfitim material p\u00ebr veten p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar sipas detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij si kirurg, ashtu q\u00eb p\u00ebr operim kirurgjik t\u00eb pacientes E.B., nga djali i saj F.B., ka marr\u00eb para n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 140 euro kinse p\u00ebr blerje t\u00eb pajisjeve mjek\u00ebsore p\u00ebr operim.
