Si\u00e7 njofton Drejtoria, t\u00eb denoncuarit M. SH. dhe ZH. R., si menaxher\u00eb t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb, dyshohen se n\u00eb disa raste, me vet\u00ebdije dhe me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm pasuror, nuk kan\u00eb llogaritur, nuk kan\u00eb deklaruar dhe nuk kan\u00eb paguar tatim mbi fitimin n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 7.200.200 denar\u00eb dhe tatim mbi t\u00eb ardhurat personale n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 226.123 denar\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, p\u00ebr vitin 2020 ata kan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar bilanc tatimor p\u00ebr p\u00ebrcaktimin e tatimit mbi fitimin n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin kan\u00eb paraqitur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb rreme, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr vitet 2021 dhe 2022 nuk kan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar fare bilance tatimore p\u00ebr p\u00ebrcaktimin e tatimit mbi fitimin, gj\u00eb q\u00eb bie ndesh me evidenc\u00ebn kontab\u00ebl dhe rezultatin financiar t\u00eb treguar n\u00eb bruto-bilancet e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Gjithashtu, t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit nga llogarit\u00eb bankare t\u00eb personit juridik kan\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr mjete financiare n\u00eb baza t\u00eb ndryshme dhe kan\u00eb kryer pagesa q\u00eb nuk lidhen me veprimtarin\u00eb e kompanis\u00eb, pa pasur asnj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi n\u00eb dokumentacionin kontab\u00ebl p\u00ebr arsyetimin e tyre ekonomik. Me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb fshehjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre aktiviteteve inkriminuese, ata nuk kan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar llogarit\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimtare p\u00ebr vitet 2022, 2023 dhe 2024 n\u00eb Regjistrin Qendror t\u00eb RMV-s\u00eb.
