Sipas njoftimit, Shabani, gjat\u00eb vitit 2025, ka lidhur kontrat\u00eb p\u00ebr rikonstruksionin e nj\u00eb rruge lokale n\u00eb fshatin Dob\u00ebrdoll, edhe pse p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn e furnizimit publik kishte ankes\u00eb aktive dhe ende nuk ishte marr\u00eb vendimi p\u00ebrfundimtar nga Komisioni Shtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr Ankesa n\u00eb Furnizime Publike.<\/p>\n<p>Nga Policia Financiare thon\u00eb se m\u00eb pas Komisioni e kishte anuluar vendimin p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e kompanis\u00eb fituese, megjithat\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj, Shabani kishte realizuar pages\u00eb prej gjithsej 11 milion\u00eb e 848 mij\u00eb e 675 denar\u00ebsh ndaj kompanis\u00eb.
