Gjat\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes s\u00eb masave ndaj K.B. \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer alkotestimi, me \u00e7\u2019rast jan\u00eb matur 1,49 promil\u00eb alkool n\u00eb gjak.
