Duke folur para strukturave t\u00eb partis\u00eb, aktivist\u00ebve dhe qytetar\u00ebve, Osmani e p\u00ebrshkroi trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs si \u201ciden\u00eb m\u00eb moderne q\u00eb ka njohur politika shqiptare\u201d.<\/p>\n
