N\u00eb procesin gjyq\u00ebsor p\u00ebr Masakr\u00ebn e Re\u00e7akut, nj\u00eb nga d\u00ebshmit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e ish-shefit t\u00eb Misionit Verifikues t\u00eb OSBE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, William Walker, i cili ka d\u00ebshmuar para Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb hetimeve p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast.<\/p>\n
Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb ngritur nga Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs m\u00eb 30 dhjetor 2025 ndaj 21 personave t\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr Masakr\u00ebn e Re\u00e7akut, Walker ka rr\u00ebfyer n\u00eb detaje m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ishte njoftuar p\u00ebr ngjarjen, \u00e7far\u00eb kishte par\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e masakr\u00ebs dhe veprimet q\u00eb pasuan m\u00eb 15 janar 1999.<\/p>\n
Sipas d\u00ebshmis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, n\u00eb vitin 1998 ai kishte ardhur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb si kryesues i Misionit Verifikues t\u00eb OSBE-s\u00eb. Mbr\u00ebmjen e 15 janarit 1999, pasi ishte kthyer n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb nga Mali i Zi, ishte informuar nga z\u00ebvend\u00ebsi i tij, gjenerali John Drewienkiewicz (i njohur si gjenerali Dizet), p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrleshje t\u00eb raportuar n\u00eb fshatin Re\u00e7ak.<\/p>\n
Sipas Walkerit, informacionet e para t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nga autoritetet serbe flisnin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb betej\u00eb mes forcave t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe forcave serbe, ku pretendohej se ishin vrar\u00eb 15 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe se pala serbe nuk kishte p\u00ebsuar humbje.<\/p>\n
Megjithat\u00eb, kur ekipet verifikuese t\u00eb OSBE-s\u00eb shkuan n\u00eb terren, situata e konstatuar ishte krejt\u00ebsisht ndryshe nga ajo q\u00eb ishte raportuar fillimisht. Walker ka p\u00ebrshkruar gjendjen e trupave t\u00eb pajet\u00eb dhe sken\u00ebn q\u00eb kishte par\u00eb n\u00eb Re\u00e7ak, duke e cil\u00ebsuar at\u00eb si nj\u00eb nga ngjarjet m\u00eb trondit\u00ebse q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebrjetuar gjat\u00eb misionit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n
