Zyra e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar e ka apeluar k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim, nd\u00ebrsa ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim p\u00ebrfundimtar.<\/p>\n
Sipas gjyqtarit Gosnell, pal\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb gatshme t\u00eb dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb fjal\u00ebt p\u00ebrfundimtare menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas vendimit t\u00eb Apelit.<\/p>\n
\u201cPal\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb gatshme t\u2019i dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb fjal\u00ebt p\u00ebrfundimtare pas nj\u00eb njoftimi t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pritjes s\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb Apelit.
