VLEN sh\u00ebnoi 24 muaj qeverisje n\u00ebn moton \u201cTransparenc\u00eb dhe llogaridh\u00ebnie\u201d, duke d\u00ebshmuar se ndryshimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i mundur kur ka vullnet.<\/p>\n
Dy vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, VLEN mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb t\u00eb madhe: ta rikthej\u00eb besimin e qytetar\u00ebve te politika q\u00eb punon. Jo me fjal\u00eb e arsyetime pa fund, por me vendime q\u00eb zbatohen, projekte q\u00eb realizohen dhe rezultate q\u00eb prekin jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 24 muajve jan\u00eb realizuar reforma dhe projekte q\u00eb p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb kishin mbetur vet\u00ebm premtime. Ligje me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi strategjike, investime n\u00eb komunat shqiptare, mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb, arsimin, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb, bujq\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe zhvillimin lokal, si dhe projekte infrastrukturore q\u00eb po ndryshojn\u00eb situat\u00ebn n\u00eb terren, jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi se qeverisja e p\u00ebrgjegjshme jep rezultate.<\/p>\n
Nj\u00eb shtyll\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e k\u00ebtij procesi ka qen\u00eb edhe avancimi i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit dhe rolit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb institucionet shtet\u00ebrore, si dhe fuqizimi i z\u00ebrit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb vendimmarrje. VLEN ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb aktive e k\u00ebtij ndryshimi, duke e kthyer p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin n\u00eb praktik\u00eb dhe duke rritur ndikimin institucional n\u00eb proceset vendore dhe shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n
Bilanci i k\u00ebtyre dy viteve d\u00ebshmon se ndryshimi nuk nd\u00ebrtohet mbi retorik\u00eb, por mbi pun\u00eb, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe rezultate konkrete. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb standardi q\u00eb VLEN ka vendosur n\u00eb qeverisje, nj\u00eb qeverisje ku shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb rol m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb institucione, ku vendimmarrja sjell efekt dhe ku politikat p\u00ebrkthehen n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n
