Propozimi duhet t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhet nga grupet parlamentare dhe zyrtarisht t\u2019i dor\u00ebzohet Kuvendit. Duke qen\u00eb se LSDM-ja bojkotoi pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb grupin e pun\u00ebs, p\u00ebr shkak se Qeveria e P\u00ebrzhin\u00ebs u shfuqizua pa konsensus, ende nuk dihet se cilat grupe parlamentare do ta n\u00ebnshkruajn\u00eb propozimin, n\u00ebse ai do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet vet\u00ebm nga shumica qeveris\u00ebse apo edhe nga subjekte t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n
Burime nga shumica parlamentare b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se ky propozim mund t\u00eb dor\u00ebzohet q\u00eb gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme.<\/p>\n
Publiku nuk ka pothuajse asnj\u00eb informacion lidhur me p\u00ebrmbajtjen e bisedimeve dhe marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb arritura nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e partive politike n\u00eb grupin e pun\u00ebs. Jozyrtarisht, n\u00eb k\u00ebto ndryshime pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen rekomandimet e OSBE\/ODIHR-it, por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht partit\u00eb kan\u00eb harmonizuar edhe propozimet e tyre.<\/p>\n
Ende nuk dihet se cilat nga rekomandimet jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe cilat jo, n\u00ebse Maqedonia e Veriut do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi t\u00eb vetme zgjedhore, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb vendoset nj\u00eb prag zgjedhor apo n\u00ebse k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje nuk do t\u00eb jen\u00eb fare pjes\u00eb e ndryshimeve.<\/p>\n
Takimi i fundit i grupit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs u mbajt t\u00eb enjten, nd\u00ebrsa konsultimet p\u00ebrfundimtare, sipas Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonin deri t\u00eb premten n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb elektronike.<\/p>\n
