N\u00ebnkryetar i BDI-s\u00eb, Bujar Osmani ka reaguar pas konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme t\u00eb zv\/ministres s\u00eb Transportit nga VLEN, Kaltrina Zekolli Shqiri, e cila tha se BDI nd\u00ebr vite e ka p\u00ebrdorur projektin e autostrad\u00ebs Shkup-Bllac\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur vota, p\u00ebrcjell TV21. Osmani thot\u00eb se e gjith\u00eb procedura \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e BDI-s\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa me nd\u00ebrtimin e 2 kilometrave t\u00eb par\u00eb, sipas tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb pamund\u00ebsuar q\u00eb projekti t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet nga autostrada n\u00eb magjistrale.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb lidhje me: Zekolli-Shaqiri: BDI e shfryt\u00ebzoi autostrad\u00ebn Shkup-Bllac\u00eb p\u00ebr vota! P\u00ebr VLEN-in patriotizmi matet me pun\u00eb<\/p>\n

\u201cE shoh se Vlen paska organizuar sot konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr shtyp p\u00ebr autostrad\u00ebn Shkup\u2013Bllac\u00eb. Me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe e them: VLEN nuk ka asnj\u00eb kontribut, as m\u00eb t\u00eb voglin, n\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn e n\u00ebnshkruar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb autostrad\u00eb. Financimi i projektit, hartimi i dokumentacionit, sigurimi i mjeteve financiare, shpron\u00ebsimet, procedurat administrative dhe shpallja e tenderit jan\u00eb realizuar t\u00eb gjitha gjat\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb Bashkimit Demokratik p\u00ebr Integrim. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy viteve, VLEN nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb hap p\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar projektin p\u00ebrpara. P\u00ebrkundrazi, e vetmja gj\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb tentuar ka qen\u00eb ta bllokojn\u00eb dhe ta devijojn\u00eb trasen\u00eb. Fakti q\u00eb ne realizuam segmentin e par\u00eb prej 2 kilometrash ua pamund\u00ebsoi ta kthenin projektin nga autostrad\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb magjistrale. Prandaj, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt nuk mund t\u00eb marrin merita ata q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb vendosur asnj\u00eb gur t\u00eb vet\u00ebm\u201d, ka shkruar Osmani.
