t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, aksioni \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar m\u00eb 6 korrik 2026 nga Nj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr Nd\u00ebrlidhje me Gjykatat n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Stacionit Policor n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr Nd\u00ebrlidhje me Gjykatat, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Stacionit Policor n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb, m\u00eb 06.07.2026, ka realizuar me sukses lokalizimin dhe arrestimin e nj\u00eb personi t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar me urdh\u00ebr-arrest t\u00eb l\u00ebshuar nga Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e Policis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas autoriteteve, urdh\u00ebr-arresti ishte l\u00ebshuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cImporti, eksporti, furnizimi, transportimi, prodhimi, k\u00ebmbimi, nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimi ose shitja e paautorizuar e arm\u00ebve apo materieve plas\u00ebse.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Policia njoftoi se, pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb procedurave, i arrestuari \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb institucion korrektues p\u00ebr vuajtjen e d\u00ebnimit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb procedurave policore, personi \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb institucionin korrektues p\u00ebr vuajtjen e d\u00ebnimit me burgim n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej tre (3) vitesh, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe periudh\u00ebn e kaluar n\u00eb paraburgim\u201d, theksohet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb fund, Drejtoria Rajonale e Policis\u00eb n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb ritheksoi p\u00ebrkushtimin p\u00ebr zbatimin e vendimeve t\u00eb organeve t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDrejtoria Rajonale e Policis\u00eb n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb mbetet maksimalisht e p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb zbatimin e vendimeve t\u00eb organeve t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb realizimin e urdh\u00ebr-arresteve, me synim forcimin e rendit, siguris\u00eb publike dhe sundimit t\u00eb ligjit\u201d, p\u00ebrfundon njoftimi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nj\u00eb
