Bashkimi Demokratik p\u00ebr Integrim (BDI) ka reaguar ndaj, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb, munges\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb pozitat drejtuese t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes, duke vler\u00ebsuar se situata paraqet nj\u00eb alarm serioz p\u00ebr funksionimin e parimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe adekuat n\u00eb institucionet shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n
Sipas BDI-s\u00eb, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare t\u00eb publikuara nga Ministria e Mbrojtjes tregojn\u00eb se t\u00eb dhjet\u00eb drejtor\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj ministrie jan\u00eb maqedonas, nd\u00ebrsa asnj\u00eb shqiptar nuk ushtron funksion drejtues n\u00eb nivel drejtorie.<\/p>\n
\u201cKy disproporcion paraqet nj\u00eb goditje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb ndaj parimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe adekuat, nj\u00eb nga shtyllat mbi t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar stabiliteti institucional dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebretnike n\u00eb vend\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb reagimin e partis\u00eb. BDI thekson se sektori i siguris\u00eb dhe mbrojtjes k\u00ebrkon besim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb, balanc\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfshirje t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha komuniteteve, nd\u00ebrsa paralajm\u00ebron se p\u00ebrjashtimi i shqiptar\u00ebve nga nivelet ku merren vendimet strategjike d\u00ebmton karakterin multietnik t\u00eb institucioneve.<\/p>\n
\u201cSektori i siguris\u00eb dhe mbrojtjes k\u00ebrkon besim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb, balanc\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfshirje t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha komuniteteve. P\u00ebrjashtimi i shqiptar\u00ebve nga nivelet ku merren vendimet strategjike cenon k\u00ebt\u00eb besim, krijon ndjenj\u00eb margjinalizimi dhe d\u00ebmton karakterin multietnik t\u00eb institucioneve q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve\u201d, thuhet m\u00eb tej n\u00eb reagim.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, opozita shqiptare kritikon koalicionin VLEN, duke e akuzuar p\u00ebr munges\u00eb reagimi ndaj k\u00ebsaj situate.<\/p>\n
\u201cEdhe m\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese \u00ebsht\u00eb heshtja e VLEN-it. P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy vite n\u00eb pushtet, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e tij nuk kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb as p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin minimal t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb institucionet ky\u00e7e t\u00eb siguris\u00eb. Mungesa e rezultateve d\u00ebshmon paaft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur interesin shqiptar dhe nj\u00eb kapje q\u00eb i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb pa z\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb vendimeve diskriminuese\u201d, thekson BDI.<\/p>\n
