\u201cManipulimi dhe nd\u00ebrhyrja e huaj n\u00eb informacion kurr\u00eb nuk mb\u00ebrrin me uniform\u00ebn veshur, mb\u00ebrrin si indinjat\u00eb, trend viral, video e falsifikuar, deep fake e nj\u00eb politikani, si nj\u00eb link q\u00eb \u00e7ohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb grup WhatsApp-i nga nj\u00eb person q\u00eb mir\u00ebfilli mendon se po ndan nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, flet gjuh\u00ebn ton\u00eb, shfryt\u00ebzon ankthet tona. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse \u00ebsht\u00eb kaq efektiv.
