\nTrupi Gjykues i Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara ka vendosur t\u00eb mos e miratoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e mbrojtjes p\u00ebr lirimin e ish-presidentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Sipas Trupit Gjykues, ekziston nj\u00eb rrezik i mjaftuesh\u00ebm q\u00eb Tha\u00e7i, n\u00eb rast lirimi, t\u00eb mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb n\u00eb proceset e Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara dhe t\u00eb kryej\u00eb vepra t\u00eb tjera penale ndaj personave q\u00eb ai mund t\u2019i perceptoj\u00eb si kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb d\u00ebshmi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n
\u201cPaneli p\u00ebrfundon se, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb, vazhdon t\u00eb ket\u00eb informacion t\u00eb pamjaftuesh\u00ebm para tij q\u00eb justifikon nj\u00eb konstatim se z. Tha\u00e7i mund t\u2019i shmanget drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00ebse lirohet. Megjithat\u00eb, Paneli \u00ebsht\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur, bazuar n\u00eb standardin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, se ekziston nj\u00eb rrezik i mjaftuesh\u00ebm q\u00eb z. Tha\u00e7i do t\u00eb pengoj\u00eb p\u00ebrparimin e procedurave t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara dhe se ai do t\u00eb kryej\u00eb krime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme kund\u00ebr atyre q\u00eb perceptohen si kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb prova n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb vendim transmeton Klankosova.tv.
\nAktgjykimi ndaj tij, Veselit, Selimit dhe Krasniqit pritet t\u00eb shpallet m\u00eb 16 shtator 2026. Dhomat e Specializuara kan\u00eb konfirmuar zyrtarisht se shpallja publike e aktgjykimit \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb dat\u00eb.<\/p>\n
