Deputeti i Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Enver Hoxhaj, ka deklaruar se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, sipas tij, nuk funksionon m\u00eb rendi kushtetues dhe se i vetmi proces politik legjitim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb konstituimi i Kuvendit.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb videoje t\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb Facebook, Hoxhaj ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk sheh arsye p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb procese t\u00eb tjera politike, p\u00ebrderisa Kuvendi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb konstituuar.<\/p>\n
\u201cNe nuk jetojm\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb rendin kushtetues, por n\u00eb rendin e Albin Kurtit. Republika parlamentare dhe demokracia n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb shuar. Krejt \u00e7far\u00eb po shohim \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb regjim personal, autoritar\u201d, ka deklaruar Hoxhaj.<\/p>\n
Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se n\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana nuk ka kuptim pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb procese t\u00eb tjera politike, duke k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb seanca p\u00ebr konstituimin e Kuvendit t\u00eb thirret sa m\u00eb shpejt.<\/p>\n

I vetmi proces politik legjitim \u00ebsht\u00eb konstituimi i Kuvendit dhe kryesuesi m\u00eb i vjet\u00ebr, sipas mosh\u00ebs, duhet ta ftoj\u00eb seanc\u00ebn sa m\u00eb shpejt\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n
Hoxhaj ka paralajm\u00ebruar se do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb veprimet politike si brenda, ashtu edhe jasht\u00eb Kuvendit.<\/p>\n
