Ish-kryetari i Aleanc\u00ebs, Ramush Haradinaj, ka kritikuar ashp\u00ebr situat\u00ebn aktuale institucionale n\u00eb vend, duke e akuzuar kryeministrin n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, Albin Kurti, se po e bllokon funksionimin e Kuvendit dhe po e mban Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb kriz\u00eb politike.<\/p>\n
Haradinaj tha se dit\u00ebt po kalojn\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa Kuvendi mbetet i pakonstituuar, duke e cil\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb si \u201cdjegie t\u00eb mandatit\u201d t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb zgjedhur.<\/p>\n
\u201cDit\u00ebt po kalojn\u00eb, seanca, Kuvendi \u00ebsht\u00eb inekzistent. E v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb djegie e mandatit t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb zgjedhur, djegie e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe kjo po ndodh nga regjimi i Kurtit\u201d.<\/p>\n
Sipas tij, mos-thirrja e seanc\u00ebs me arsyetimin se mungesa e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb tensione apo dhun\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb arsyetim.<\/p>\n
\u201cAi e ka instaluar veten mbi Kushtetut\u00ebn, institucionet dhe mbi \u00e7do obligim kushtetues dhe ligjor. Mos-thirrja e seanc\u00ebs me arsyetimin se n\u00ebse s\u2019ka marr\u00ebveshje ndodh dhun\u00eb n\u00eb seanc\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm alibi\u201d.<\/p>\n
Haradinaj ka folur edhe p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit, duke e cil\u00ebsuar edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb si nj\u00eb \u201calibi\u201d p\u00ebr zvarritjen e procesit.<\/p>\n
Ai ka propozuar nj\u00eb zgjidhje q\u00eb lidhet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me ish-presidentin Hashim Tha\u00e7i, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se vazhdimi i mandatit t\u00eb tij do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur mbajtjen peng t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n
