\u201cNuk do t\u00eb heqim dor\u00eb nga ju dhe do t\u2019i mbrojm\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat tuaja\u201d, tha Jotova gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb fjalimi n\u00eb Petrova Niva, n\u00eb fshatin Stoilovo t\u00eb Bullgaris\u00eb, ku mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebnimin e 123-vjetorit t\u00eb Kryengritjes s\u00eb Ilindenit dhe Preobrazhenies.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb fjalimin e saj, Jotova i lidhi marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet aktuale maqedono-bullgare me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet historike, t\u00eb cilat prej vitesh p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb nga pikat kryesore t\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshjeve mes Shkupit dhe Sofjes.<\/p>\n
Ajo pretendoi se sot p\u00ebr bullgar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut \u201cflitet me shum\u00eb urrejtje dhe ndarje\u201d, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb politikan\u00ebt dhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb t\u2019i kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb k\u00ebto gjuh\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Sipas Jotov\u00ebs, historia mes Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut dhe Bullgaris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si shkak p\u00ebr ndarje t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n
\u201c\u00c7far\u00eb ka p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndar\u00eb mes dy vendeve?\u201d, deklaroi ajo, duke vler\u00ebsuar se respektimi i t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut nuk duhet t\u00eb trajtohet si deklarat\u00eb politike.<\/p>\n
Deklaratat e Jotov\u00ebs vijn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kur Sofja vazhdon t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb ndryshime n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut dhe p\u00ebrfshirjen e bullgar\u00ebve n\u00eb t\u00eb, si pjes\u00eb e kushteve p\u00ebr avancimin e vendit drejt Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n
Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, Qeveria e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut ka k\u00ebrkuar garanci shtes\u00eb se ndryshimet eventuale kushtetuese nuk do t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohen me kushte t\u00eb reja n\u00eb procesin e integrimit evropian.<\/p>\n
Jotova nuk b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur ndonj\u00eb nism\u00eb t\u00eb re konkrete politike ndaj Shkupit, por p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti q\u00ebndrimin se \u00e7\u00ebshtja e bullgar\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut do t\u00eb mbetet pjes\u00eb e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb Sofjes.<\/p>\n
