Bashkimi Demokratik p\u00ebr Integrim (BDI) ka k\u00ebrkuar s\u00ebrish transparenc\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi institucionale lidhur me rastin n\u00eb Operatorin e Sistemit Elektroenergjetik t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb \u2013 MEPSO, duke akuzuar institucionet kompetente se, kat\u00ebr muaj pas ngritjes s\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes n\u00eb opinion, ende nuk kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje konkrete.<\/p>\n
Sipas BDI-s\u00eb, n\u00eb procedur\u00ebn paraarbitrale para DAB-it, MEPSO ka humbur nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb kontestit me vler\u00eb rreth 19,3 milion\u00eb euro, nd\u00ebrsa vendimi ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb \u201cEnergoinvest\u201d. \u00c7\u00ebshtja, sipas partis\u00eb, tani pritet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb n\u00eb procedur\u00eb arbitrazhi, ku nd\u00ebrmarrja shtet\u00ebrore do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb pozicionin dhe pretendimet e saj.<\/p>\n
BDI ngre gjithashtu pik\u00ebpyetje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb t\u00eb re milion\u00ebshe t\u00eb MEPSO-s me konsorciumin e udh\u00ebhequr nga \u201cDalekovod\u201d, ku, sipas partis\u00eb, marrin pjes\u00eb edhe \u201cKodar Energomonta\u017ea\u201d nga Beogradi dhe \u201cElnos BL\u201d nga Banja Luka.
\nPartia k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrgjigje se kush ka marr\u00eb vendimin p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e kontrat\u00ebs paraprake, kush e ka vler\u00ebsuar rrezikun juridik dhe financiar dhe kush do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi n\u00eb rast se shteti p\u00ebson d\u00ebme shtes\u00eb n\u00eb procedur\u00ebn e arbitrazhit. \u201cPyetja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr drejtorin Burim Latifi\u201d, thekson BDI, duke k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb n\u00eb rast t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen edhe institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr kontrollin dhe hetimin e mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb vendimeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarra n\u00eb MEPSO.<\/p>\n
BDI u \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar publikisht Prokuroris\u00eb Publike dhe Komisionit Shtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr Parandalimin e Korrupsionit, duke k\u00ebrkuar informacion n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur ndonj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb, cilat veprime jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb dhe n\u00ebse po shqyrtohen kontratat, vendimet dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia eventuale p\u00ebr d\u00ebmin financiar. N\u00eb kumtes\u00eb, BDI k\u00ebrkon gjithashtu transparenc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb lidhur me kontrat\u00ebn e re dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen e kompanive nga Serbia dhe Bosnja e Hercegovina, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Republika Srpska, n\u00eb konsorciumin q\u00eb ka lidhur marr\u00ebveshje me MEPSO-n. \u201cKat\u00ebr muaj heshtje jan\u00eb shum\u00eb\u201d, porosit BDI, duke k\u00ebrkuar nga institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebrgjigje konkrete se kush i ka marr\u00eb vendimet, mbi \u00e7far\u00eb baze jan\u00eb marr\u00eb ato dhe kush do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr pasojat eventuale financiare.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
