K\u00ebshilltari i VLEN-it n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Qytetit t\u00eb Shkupit, Astrit Iljazi, ka reaguar ndaj pretendimeve t\u00eb BDI-s\u00eb p\u00ebr bulevardin \u201cHasan Prishtina\u201d, duke akuzuar partin\u00eb opozitare se po tenton ta paraqes\u00eb si sukses nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb, sipas tij, nuk e realizoi gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n
Iljazi thekson se n\u00eb vitin 2023 n\u00eb Qytetin e Shkupit jan\u00eb transferuar 360 milion\u00eb denar\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt, duke ngritur pyetjen pse bulevardi nuk u nd\u00ebrtua n\u00ebse BDI kishte n\u00eb dispozicion edhe parat\u00eb edhe pushtetin.<\/p>\n
\u201cBDI sot po p\u00ebrpiqet ta shpall\u00eb si sukses nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb vet\u00eb e la t\u00eb parealizuar. Por dokumentet zyrtare jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb forta se propaganda partiake\u201d, shkruan Iljazi.<\/p>\n
Sipas tij, edhe pretendimi p\u00ebr \u201c8 milion\u00eb euro\u201d paraqitet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb manipuluese, pasi b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr rreth 2 milion\u00eb euro t\u00eb vitit 2021 p\u00ebr nyj\u00ebn \u201cNikola Karev\u2013Sllovenia\u201d dhe rreth 6 milion\u00eb euro t\u00eb transferuara n\u00eb vitin 2023 p\u00ebr bulevardin \u201cHasan Prishtina\u201d.<\/p>\n
Iljazi i referohet edhe konstatimeve t\u00eb Entit Shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Revizionit, duke theksuar se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mjeteve p\u00ebr projekte infrastrukturore kishin mbetur t\u00eb pashfryt\u00ebzuara n\u00eb llogarit\u00eb e Qytetit t\u00eb Shkupit.<\/p>\n
\u201cP\u00ebr projektet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse mungonin kontratat p\u00ebr realizim, nd\u00ebrsa Revizionit nuk i ishin prezantuar d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb teknike dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet pron\u00ebsore-juridike\u201d, thekson ai.<\/p>\n
K\u00ebshilltari i VLEN-it thot\u00eb se transferimi i mjeteve financiare nuk mund t\u00eb konsiderohet i barabart\u00eb me realizimin e nj\u00eb projekti.<\/p>\n
\u201cT\u00eb transferosh para dhe t\u00eb mos nd\u00ebrtosh asgj\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb sukses. T\u00eb l\u00ebsh miliona n\u00eb llogari nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb bulevard. T\u00eb vizatosh nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb n\u00eb let\u00ebr nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb asfalt\u201d, shprehet Iljazi.<\/p>\n
