Pasi Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs nuk u konstituua brenda afatit kushtetues, i cili p\u00ebrfundoi m\u00eb 7 gusht, nga L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje k\u00ebt\u00eb filluan ta gjejn\u00eb nj\u00eb afat t\u00eb ri q\u00eb, sipas tyre, afati 30-ditor p\u00ebr konstituimin e Kuvendit vlen pas thirrjes s\u00eb seanc\u00ebs konstituive. <\/p>\n
Deputetja e Grupit Parlamentar t\u00eb Vet\u00ebvendosjes, Donika G\u00ebrvalla, kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb se afati p\u00ebr konstituimin e Kuvendit \u00ebsht\u00eb deri m\u00eb 6 shtator.<\/p>\n
\u201cI kemi 30 dit\u00eb p\u00ebr ta zgjedhur kryetarin e kuvendit, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb interpretimi yn\u00eb\u201d, kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo n\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb tensionuar q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb Kuvend mes deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb Vet\u00ebvendosjes me ata t\u00eb PDK\u2019s\u00eb dhe Aleanc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, Ramadani thot\u00eb se \u201cnga nes\u00ebr nuk mbetet m\u00eb asnj\u00eb afat, as kushtetues, as sipas interpretimit politik q\u00eb vet\u00eb VV-ja e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cSituata \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb:<\/p>\n
\u2022 M\u00eb 8 korrik jan\u00eb certifikuar rezultatet e zgjedhjeve. \u2022 Seanca konstituive \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrur m\u00eb 6 gusht. \u2022 Interpretimi kushtetues \u00ebsht\u00eb se Kuvendi duhet t\u00eb konstituohet brenda 30 dit\u00ebve nga certifikimi i rezultateve. Sipas k\u00ebtij interpretimi, afati ka p\u00ebrfunduar m\u00eb 7 gusht. \u2022 Interpretimi politik i Vet\u00ebvendosjes ka qen\u00eb se afati prej 30 dit\u00ebsh fillon nga dita e thirrjes s\u00eb seanc\u00ebs konstituive. Sipas k\u00ebsaj logjike, afati skadon sonte, m\u00eb 5 shtator, n\u00eb or\u00ebn 23:59. Kaq e thjesht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb\u201d, ka shkruar ai.<\/p>\n
Ramadani thot\u00eb se jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk u respektua interpretimi kushtetues p\u00ebr afatin e konstituimit t\u00eb Kuvendit, por Vet\u00ebvendosje nuk po e respekton as interpretimin e saj politik p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb afat.<\/p>\n
\u201cPrandaj, thirrja e vazhdimit t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr 9 shtator nuk mund t\u00eb interpretohet ndryshe ve\u00e7se si provokim i q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm dhe si nj\u00eb veprim q\u00eb prodhon jostabilitet institucional. Kuvendi mund t\u00eb konstituohet vet\u00ebm edhe sot. Pas sonte nuk ka m\u00eb asnj\u00eb arsyetim, asnj\u00eb interpretim dhe asnj\u00eb sekond\u00eb shtes\u00eb. Pas dit\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme, nuk ka m\u00eb afat as kushtetues, as politik, as moral\u201d.<\/p>\n
