A ekziston projekt i ri? A \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar ndonj\u00eb ndryshim i trases\u00eb?\u201d, pyet Rexhepi.<br \/>\nSipas tij, n\u00ebse ekziston nj\u00eb trase e re, at\u00ebher\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb edhe dokumentet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Rexhepi k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb institucionet t\u00eb publikojn\u00eb planin e ri urbanistik, projektin e ri, vendimin p\u00ebr ndryshimin e trases\u00eb dhe hart\u00ebn e parcelave n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kalon rruga.<br \/>\n\u201cNuk ka as plan t\u00eb ri urbanistik, as projekt t\u00eb ri.
