\u201cD\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt e p\u00ebrmendur n\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Mustafa (Remi), Bislim Zyrapi apo d\u00ebshmitari 4 kur jan\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje nga ZPS-ja kan\u00eb pohuar se nuk ka nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb askush tek ata\u201d, shtoi Menegon.<\/p>\n
Avokatja Menegon tha se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje nuk ka asnj\u00eb viktim\u00eb, dhe se nga ZPS-ja nuk provohet faj\u00ebsia e klientit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n
