Kjo situat\u00eb i konvenon dikujt q\u00eb i ka uzurpuar institucionet ndaj do t\u00eb provoj \u00e7do m\u00ebnyr\u00eb me i zgjate jet\u00ebn k\u00ebtij lloj pushteti t\u00eb dhunsh\u00ebm t\u00eb gjitha institucioneve q\u00eb i ka uzurpua.
