Q\u00ebndrimet k\u00ebta i kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar gjithmon\u00eb, k\u00ebta kalkulojn\u00eb n\u00eb vota dhe n\u00eb interesa t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb ngushta. Nuk e kan\u00eb interersin e forcimit t\u00eb institucioneve, mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb tyre dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebmi m\u00eb i madh q\u00eb po I b\u00ebhet vendi. Ne duhet t\u00eb kemi Kuvend kushtetues, kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb pa u zgjedh n\u00ebnkryetar\u00ebt nuk ka konstituim t\u00eb Kuvendit. E pat\u00eb se si e nd\u00ebrruan praktik\u00ebn e zgjedhjes s\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetar\u00ebve. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt ajo loja q\u00eb po ndodh. Nuk mundesh me pas tejkalim, as t\u00eb dytit, e as t\u00eb tret\u00ebt p\u00ebr me kalu te i kat\u00ebrti ose i pesti.
