Deputetja e Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Jehona Lushaku-Sadriu, ka deklaruar se konstituimi i Kuvendit d\u00ebshmon se institucionet mund t\u00eb formohen kur ekziston vullneti politik mes subjekteve parlamentare.<\/p>\n
Ajo tha se pas ndryshimit t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje, LDK-ja iu bashkua seanc\u00ebs konstituive, ku u votua kandidati i saj p\u00ebr n\u00ebnkryetar t\u00eb Kuvendit, Kujtim Shala.<\/p>\n
\u201cKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi kur vullneti i q\u00eb kur vullneti politik edhe kur ushtrimi i demokracis\u00eb b\u00ebhet m\u00eb i leht\u00eb b\u00ebhen institucione. Do thot\u00eb po shihet q\u00eb vet\u00ebm mungesa e vullnetit politik t\u00eb grupit t\u00eb par\u00eb parlamentar ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb vonesa deri dit\u00ebn e sotme. Ne n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e fundit u kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb t\u2019ua njohin t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn partive politike p\u00ebr propozimin e emrave p\u00ebr n\u00ebnkryetar\u00eb t\u00eb tyre dhe vet\u00ebm pas nd\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb tyre ne erdh\u00ebm dhe u bashk\u00ebngjit\u00ebm n\u00eb seanc\u00eb dhe u votua propozimi i kandidatit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00ebnkryetar ashtu si\u00e7 kemi propozuar ne dhe i dham\u00eb institucione vendit\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n
Ajo tha se q\u00ebndrimi i LDK-s\u00eb ishte q\u00eb t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohej deri n\u00eb fund e drejta e dialogut dhe dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb propozimeve, megjithat\u00eb ajo shtoi se PDK doli me q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb ri politik.<\/p>\n
\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb situat\u00eb e re, \u00ebsht\u00eb situat\u00eb e re p\u00ebr shkak se nuk ka pasur vullnet p\u00ebr votim t\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetar\u00ebve dhe nuk iu ka njoft\u00eb e drejta, ju e pat\u00eb q\u00eb grupit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb parlamentar nuk iu votua kandidati i tyre dhe ishte e nj\u00ebjta logjik p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar. Sot ne u b\u00ebm\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohet e drejta e dialogut dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebhet thirrje e re t\u00eb gjitha grupeve parlamentare q\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb propozime, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim politik t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb seanc\u00eb, gjithsesi ata do ta adresojn\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese, ne do t\u00eb kontribuojm\u00eb p\u00ebr sqarimin e ligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kushtetutshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb institucioneve\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
