Presidenti Bajram Begaj mblodhi sot K\u00ebshillin e Siguris\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare, ku n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutimeve ishte situata aktuale e siguris\u00eb, forcimi i bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrinstitucional dhe ruajtja e besimit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve te institucionet.<\/p>\n

Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb mbledhjes, Presidenca publikoi detajet e diskutimeve, ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar me ligj, edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme dhe SPAK-ut.<\/p>\n

Sipas Presidenc\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb takimit u n\u00ebnvizua r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e bashk\u00ebpunimit mes institucioneve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, koordinimit me partner\u00ebt dhe aleat\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, si dhe forcimit t\u00eb transparenc\u00ebs dhe llogaridh\u00ebnies.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e diskutimeve lidhet edhe me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Vlora Hysenit, ku Presidenca thekson se hetimet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb duhet t\u00eb zhvillohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pavarur dhe t\u00eb respektohen nga t\u00eb gjitha institucionet.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u00c7\u00ebshtjet individuale t\u00eb mos kthehen n\u00eb kriz\u00eb besimi ndaj shtetit dhe ndaj institucioneve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimet e publikuara pas mbledhjes.<\/p>\n

Presidenca: Institucionet nuk duhet t\u00eb konkurrojn\u00eb mes tyre<\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimet e mbledhjes, Presidenca thekson se institucionet e siguris\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme, por nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt: sigurin\u00eb e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, institucionet nuk konkurrojn\u00eb me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. Ato kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme, por i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit interes: siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Presidenti k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb \u00e7do mosbesim institucional t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet me bashk\u00ebpunim, koordinim dhe komunikim profesional.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu, Presidenca thekson nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb institucionet t’u d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve se sistemi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb korrigjoj\u00eb vetveten dhe t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb interesin publik, p\u00ebrmes forcimit t\u00eb standardeve, kontrollit, transparenc\u00ebs dhe llogaridh\u00ebnies.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, Presidenca n\u00ebnvizon se K\u00ebshilli i Siguris\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb organ k\u00ebshillimor i Presidentit dhe nuk merr vendime.
