N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebrfundimtare, Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (PSRK) ka k\u00ebrkuar d\u00ebnim me burgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarit Vlladimir Tolliq, Bllagoje Spasojeviq dhe Dushan Maksimoviq. T\u00eb tre t\u00eb akuzuarit kan\u00eb mohuar faj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr veprat q\u00eb u vihen n\u00eb barr\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, p\u00ebr Milan Radoi\u00e7iqin dhe 41 t\u00eb akuzuar t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndodhen n\u00eb arrati, prokuroria kishte k\u00ebrkuar gjykim n\u00eb munges\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, Gjykata Themelore e Prishtin\u00ebs e ka refuzuar k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb si t\u00eb pabazuar.<\/p>\n
Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, 42 t\u00eb dyshuarit ngarkohen p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cKryerja e vepr\u00ebs terroriste\u201d dhe \u201cVeprat e r\u00ebnda kund\u00ebr rendit kushtetues dhe siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d. Nd\u00ebrsa Milan Radoi\u00e7iq akuzohet gjithashtu p\u00ebr \u201cleht\u00ebsim dhe financim t\u00eb terrorizmit\u201d si dhe \u201cshp\u00eblarje parash\u201d.<\/p>\n
Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se t\u00eb akuzuarit dyshohet se p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs me armatim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb kan\u00eb tentuar shk\u00ebputjen e pjes\u00ebs veriore t\u00eb territorit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me q\u00ebllim bashkimin me Republik\u00ebn e Serbis\u00eb, gjat\u00eb t\u00eb cilit sulm ka mbetur i vrar\u00eb zyrtari policor Afrim Bunjaku dhe jan\u00eb rrezikuar jet\u00ebt e zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb policor\u00eb dhe civil\u00ebve.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
