Kuvendi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb miratoi me 85 vota pro reform\u00ebn e re administrativo-territoriale, e cila parasheh reduktimin e numrit t\u00eb bashkive nga 61 n\u00eb 46.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebr miratimin e projektligjit nevojiteshin 84 vota. Reforma e propozuar nga Partia Socialiste parashikon bashkimin e 15 bashkive me nj\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb qeverisjes vendore. Votimi u zhvillua pas rreth 14 or\u00ebsh seanc\u00eb, gjat\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs pati debate t\u00eb ashpra mes mazhoranc\u00ebs dhe opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndryshimet e propozuara n\u00eb hart\u00ebn territoriale.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb votimit, deputet\u00ebt e Partis\u00eb Demokratike tentuan t\u00eb pengonin zhvillimin e tij, duke k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb votimi t\u00eb mos mbahej. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, disa deputet\u00eb t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs hodh\u00ebn shishe uji dhe sende t\u00eb forta n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb kryeministrit Edi Rama, i cili nuk mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb debat, por ishte i pranish\u00ebm gjat\u00eb votimit.<\/p>\n
Pro reform\u00ebs votoi edhe deputeti socialist Erion Bra\u00e7e, ndon\u00ebse m\u00eb her\u00ebt kishte shprehur publikisht kund\u00ebrshtimin e tij ndaj hart\u00ebs s\u00eb re territoriale. Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs, Bra\u00e7e deklaroi se vazhdonte t\u00eb ishte kund\u00ebr reform\u00ebs dhe se vot\u00ebn e tij do ta shpjegonte t\u00eb premten.<\/p>\n
