Berat Re\u00e7ani akuzon deputetin Bekim Qoku p\u00ebr mobing, bulliz\u00ebm, presione dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnime, t\u00eb cilat, sipas tij, kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar me nd\u00ebrprerjen e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb tij t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb materialin e d\u00ebrguar, Re\u00e7ani thot\u00eb se n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb pretendimeve t\u00eb tij ka bashk\u00ebngjitur diplom\u00ebn e magjistratur\u00ebs n\u00eb Shkencat Juridike, me not\u00eb mesatare 9,6, si dhe dy vendime p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb reagimin e tij, Re\u00e7ani i drejtohet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt deputetit Bekim Qoku, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pah se mandatin parlamentar e ka fituar n\u00eb Nj\u00ebsin\u00eb Zgjedhore num\u00ebr 6, ku b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe Komuna e Gostivarit. Ai p\u00ebrmend gjithashtu origjin\u00ebn e Qokut nga Komuna e Ohrit dhe vendbanimin e tij n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Strug\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Re\u00e7ani pretendon se gjat\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me presione t\u00eb vazhdueshme, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb jepte dor\u00ebheqje. Sipas versionit t\u00eb tij, pasi nuk pranoi t\u00eb largohej vullnetarisht nga puna, ndaj tij u nd\u00ebrmor\u00ebn veprime administrative q\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduan me nd\u00ebrprerjen e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Ai e akuzon Qokun se vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb mbi baz\u00ebn e, si\u00e7 i cil\u00ebson ai, shpifjeve, manipulimeve dhe akuzave t\u00eb fabrikuara, me q\u00ebllim d\u00ebmtimin e reputacionit dhe diskreditimin e tij profesional.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb reagimin e tij, Re\u00e7ani shpreh pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi t\u00eb thell\u00eb ndaj m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si, sipas tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtuar rasti, duke e krahasuar at\u00eb me praktikat e sistemeve jodemokratike. Ai thekson se arritjet e tij akademike dhe profesionale nuk mund t\u00eb zhvler\u00ebsohen nga vendimet administrative p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cJo, 2 vendime, por edhe me 2000 vendime administrative t\u00eb miratoni p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerje t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb magjistri t\u00eb Shkencave Juridike me not\u00eb mesatare 9,6\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb reagimin e tij.<\/p>\n

Re\u00e7ani gjithashtu shpreh bindjen se funksionet publike dhe privilegjet politike nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme, duke ngritur pretendime p\u00ebr favorizime n\u00eb baza personale dhe klanore.<\/p>\n
