P\u00ebr t\u00eb parin mund t\u00eb themi se jan\u00eb siguruar votat, p\u00ebr shkak se nga 26 mij\u00eb vota n\u00eb Bujanoc dhe Preshev\u00eb, diku rreth 6 mij\u00eb deri n\u00eb 7 mij\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb serb\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjerat t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.
