{"id":6090,"date":"2026-04-24T13:19:34","date_gmt":"2026-04-24T13:19:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faktiditor.ch\/?p=6090"},"modified":"2026-04-24T13:19:34","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T13:19:34","slug":"a-u-respektuan-rregullat-per-mbrojtje-gjate-punes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faktiditor.ch\/?p=6090","title":{"rendered":"A u respektuan rregullat p\u00ebr mbrojtje gjat\u00eb pun\u00ebs?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shkaqet e tragjedis\u00eb n\u00eb kantierin e nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb \u201cKisella Vod\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb Shkupit, vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb hetohen.<br \/>\nProkurori Publik k\u00ebrkon autopsi t\u00eb t\u00eb ndjerit dhe ka inspektuar kantierin e nd\u00ebrtimit, ku vdiq nj\u00eb pun\u00ebtor dhe u plagos\u00ebn tre t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<br \/>\nNj\u00eb prokuror publik n\u00eb detyr\u00eb nga Prokuroria Themelore Publike n\u00eb Shkup, e ka inspektuar vendin n\u00eb \u201cKisella Vod\u00eb\u201d, ku nj\u00eb pun\u00ebtor humbi jet\u00ebn dhe tre u plagos\u00ebn, nga shembja e dheut n\u00eb nj\u00eb kantier nd\u00ebrtimi.<br \/>\nProkurori Publik ka l\u00ebshuar urdh\u00ebr p\u00ebr autopsi t\u00eb t\u00eb ndjerit.<br \/>\n\u2013 Inspektorati Shtet\u00ebror i Pun\u00ebs dhe Inspektori Nd\u00ebrtimor Komunal po hetojn\u00eb gjithashtu shkaqet e aksidentit dhe respektimin e rregulloreve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb \u2013 ka njoftuar Prokuroria.<br \/>\nM\u00eb par\u00eb, Dr. Dragan Panov, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs turni n\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimin e Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Emergjente \u2013 Shkup, informoi p\u00ebr MIA-n, se sipas informacioneve fillestare, viktimat ka shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb midis mosh\u00ebs 35 dhe 45 vje\u00e7, por, hetimi do t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb ka ndodhur sakt\u00ebsisht dhe n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb rrethanash ka ndodhur aksidenti.<br \/>\nViktima, sipas informacioneve t\u00eb para, \u00ebsht\u00eb 34 vje\u00e7.
