{"id":61867,"date":"2026-11-03T13:42:59","date_gmt":"2026-11-03T12:42:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faktiditor.ch\/?p=61867"},"modified":"2026-11-03T13:43:54","modified_gmt":"2026-11-03T12:43:54","slug":"mashtrimet-me-call-center-bastisen-pese-lokacione-arrestohen-tre-persona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/faktiditor.ch\/?p=61867","title":{"rendered":"Mashtrimet me Call Center, bastisen pes\u00eb lokacione, arrestohen tre persona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb hetimi p\u00ebr veprimtari t\u00eb dyshuar kriminale p\u00ebrmes qendrave t\u00eb thirrjeve dhe platformave t\u00eb rreme t\u00eb investimeve, me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, hetuesit nga Drejtoria Ekonomike dhe ajo Kibernetike n\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb zhvilluar nj\u00eb operacion n\u00eb pes\u00eb lokacione n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Prishtin\u00ebs, Fush\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Ferizajt.<\/p>\n<p>Si rezultat i k\u00ebtij operacioni jan\u00eb arrestuar tre persona M.P., I.H., dhe F.Z., n\u00ebn dyshimin p\u00ebr kryerjen e veprave penale t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes ose organizimit t\u00eb grupit kriminal t\u00eb organizuar, mashtrimit, hyrjes s\u00eb paautorizuar kompjuterike dhe mashtrimit kompjuterik.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"850\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DpZ6Qi8iAtg?si=VxHVcv-QfuQrWdxL\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Operacioni i zhvilluar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb operacioni nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb zhvilluar urdh\u00ebr- kontrolle edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Qipro, Izrael, Finland\u00eb dhe Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb urdh\u00ebr kontrollit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb sekuestruar p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht:<\/p>\n<p>vetura, telefona celular\u00eb, kompjuter\u00eb dhe pajisje t\u00eb tjera elektronike q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si prova n\u00eb procedur\u00ebn penale.<\/p>\n<p>Me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale, tre t\u00eb pandehurit jan\u00eb ndaluar p\u00ebr 48 or\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas dyshimeve t\u00eb deritanishme, personat e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, duke u paraqitur si agjent\u00eb apo nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebs financiar\u00eb, dyshohet se kan\u00eb mashtruar qytetar\u00eb, kryesisht gjermanishtfol\u00ebs, duke i nxitur t\u00eb transferonin mjete financiare p\u00ebr investime t\u00eb pretenduara n\u00eb instrumente financiare dhe kriptovaluta.<\/p>\n<p>Fitimet e paraqitura n\u00eb platformat p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse dyshohet se ishin fiktive, nd\u00ebrsa mjetet e transferuara nuk investoheshin sipas premtimeve t\u00eb dh\u00ebna.<\/p>\n<p>Operacioni n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb koordinim dhe bashk\u00ebpunim me autoritetet gjermane dhe partner\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb.
