Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr d\u00ebftes\u00eb notash dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse dhe inkurajuese nga Komisioni Evropian&#8221;, shkroi Rama.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, kreu i qeveris\u00eb shqiptare pranoi se vendi ka ende shum\u00eb detyra p\u00ebrpara, nd\u00ebrsa afatet e p\u00ebrcaktuara p\u00ebr negociatat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit po b\u00ebhen gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb ngushta.<\/p>\n<p>Ai theksoi se vler\u00ebsimi pozitiv i raportit nuk duhet t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb hije problemet e p\u00ebrditshme me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballen qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, duke shtuar se ato do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen e qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Ram\u00ebs, raporti i Komisionit Evropian duhet t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si motivim p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar m\u00eb tej pun\u00ebn e institucioneve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund t\u00eb reagimit, kryeministri u shpreh optimist p\u00ebr perspektiv\u00ebn evropiane t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke deklaruar se momenti \u00ebsht\u00eb i favorsh\u00ebm dhe se mund\u00ebsia e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb konkrete se kurr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Momenti \u00ebsht\u00eb optimal.
