Edhe pse rezultati i zgjedhjeve t\u00eb s\u00eb diel\u00ebs nxori fitues kandidatin e Aleanc\u00ebs Komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr Integrim, Arkin Jahiji, me 265 vota ep\u00ebrsi, nd\u00ebrsa humbja ishte pranuar publikisht, VMRO-DPMNE ka dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Komisionin Shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve ankes\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn k\u00ebrkon anulimin e votimit n\u00eb nj\u00eb vendvotim n\u00eb \u00c7ellopek, shkruan gazeta KOHA.<\/p>\n
Si\u00e7 merr vesh KOHA, ankesa \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar pak para p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb afatit dhe ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me vendvotimin 2038 n\u00eb fshatin \u00c7ellopek, nj\u00eb nga vendvotimet ku Jahiji ka sh\u00ebnuar ep\u00ebrsi d\u00ebrrmuese ndaj kandidatit t\u00eb VMRO-DPMNE-s\u00eb, Stojan\u00e7o Radi\u00e7evski. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendvotim kan\u00eb votuar gjithsej 411 qytetar\u00eb. Prej tyre, 391 kan\u00eb votuar p\u00ebr Arkin Jahijin, vet\u00ebm 13 p\u00ebr Stojan\u00e7o Radi\u00e7evskin, nd\u00ebrsa shtat\u00eb flet\u00ebvotime kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pavlefshme.<\/p>\n
Sipas informacioneve t\u00eb KOHA-s, kontestimi lidhet me votimin e nj\u00eb gruaje t\u00eb moshuar, e cila gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb votimit \u00ebsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar nga djali i saj. Pik\u00ebrisht mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb rast VMRO-DPMNE k\u00ebrkon anulimin e votimit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendvotimin, \u00e7ka, n\u00ebse pranohet nga KSHZ-ja, do t\u00eb hapte rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr rivotim.<\/p>\n
R\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e k\u00ebtij vendvotimi p\u00ebr rezultatin p\u00ebrfundimtar \u00ebsht\u00eb e madhe. Diferenca nd\u00ebrmjet dy kandidat\u00ebve n\u00eb nivel komune \u00ebsht\u00eb 265 vota, nd\u00ebrsa vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vendvotimin 2038, Jahiji ka 378 vota m\u00eb shum\u00eb se Radi\u00e7evski. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e elektoratit shqiptar jeton n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb. Burime t\u00eb KOHA-s e interpretojn\u00eb kontestimin e pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtij vendvotimi edhe si p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb ulur mobilizimin e votuesve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb rast t\u00eb nj\u00eb rivotimi. Megjithat\u00eb, ky mbetet nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim politik dhe jo pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb vendimi t\u00eb KSHZ-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Komisioni Shtet\u00ebror i Zgjedhjeve ka caktuar p\u00ebr sot n\u00eb or\u00ebn 15:00 mbledhjen n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn pritet t\u00eb shqyrtohet ankesa e VMRO-DPMNE-s\u00eb. KSHZ-ja ka shtat\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb. VMRO-DPMNE p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet nga tre an\u00ebtar\u00eb \u2013 Aleksandar Dashtevski, Svetllana Karapetrova dhe Angell\u00e7o Ristov; LSDM nga Bojan Mariq dhe Boris Kondarko; BDI nga Ditmire Shehu, nd\u00ebrsa VLEN p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet nga n\u00ebnkryetari i KSHZ-s\u00eb, Abdush Demiri.<\/p>\n
Kjo p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje e b\u00ebn ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm raportin e votave gjat\u00eb shqyrtimit t\u00eb ankes\u00ebs. N\u00ebse tre an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb VMRO-DPMNE-s\u00eb u bashkohet Abdush Demiri i VLEN-it ose nj\u00ebri prej dy an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb LSDM-s\u00eb, ankesa do t\u00eb siguronte kat\u00ebr vota.<\/p>\n

Kjo do t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptonte se fitorja e Arkin Jahijit, e arritur me 265 vota diferenc\u00eb, do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb konfirmohej p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb rivotim.
