\nKosova me k\u00ebt\u00eb Rezolut\u00eb, n\u00eb raport me Serbin\u00eb, do t\u00eb ia leht\u00ebsoj\u00eb n\u00eb bisedimet q\u00eb do t\u00eb zhvillohen, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb Reciprocite, q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb vlej\u00eb ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat individuale dhe kolektive q\u00eb i g\u00ebzojn pakica Serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, do t\u00eb duhej s\u00eb paku q\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat t\u00eb drejta t\u2019i g\u00ebzojn\u00eb edhe shqiptar\u00ebt etnik n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Medvegj dhe Bujanoc.
\nKjo rezolut\u00eb, me propozimin e paraqitur disa dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, me arsyetimin e bazuar, e adresuar Kryeminstrit Albin Kurti, Kryetares s\u00eb Kuvendit, Albulena Haxhiu, dhe Arb\u00ebrie Nagavci, Shefe e Grupit t\u00eb LVV, si Grupi m\u00eb i madh Parlamentar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Legjislatur. M\u00eb vjen mir\u00eb q\u00eb propozimi i adresuar \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur plot\u00ebsisht, edhe nga subjektet tjera t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Legjislature.
\nSi propozues, dhe si pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e rregullt\u00eb, n\u00eb pik\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutuar dhe miratuar kjo Rezolut\u00eb, vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrshendet\u00ebt pasi q\u00eb tregon dhe paraqet nj\u00eb akt se Republika e Kosov\u00ebs, edhe m\u00eb tej do t\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb afroj mb\u00ebshtetje, angazhim e p\u00ebrkushtim duke investuar n\u00eb projekte tjera p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj Krahine.
