K\u00ebto dit\u00eb n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr dhe Strug\u00eb po instalohen gjithsej 40 kamera trafiku p\u00ebr evidentimin e shkeljeve dhe rritjen e siguris\u00eb n\u00eb komunikacion, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e sistemit \u201cSafe City\u201d.<\/p>\n
Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e infrastruktur\u00ebs tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb terren, nd\u00ebrsa kamera dhe pajisjet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse jan\u00eb instaluar n\u00eb rrethrrotullimet te OEMUC, te ish-\u201cBanka e Ohrit\u201d dhe n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb qytetit. Kat\u00ebr kamera jan\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb aksin rrugor Oh\u00ebr\u2013K\u00ebr\u00e7ov\u00eb, pran\u00eb fshatrave Gorenci dhe Trebenisht\u00eb, si dhe te Botuni dhe Novo Sello n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Deb\u00ebrc\u00ebs. Sipas njoftimeve, sistemi pritet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb funksionimin para nisjes s\u00eb sezonit veror turistik, nd\u00ebrsa aktualisht ndodhet n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e testimit teknik dhe shkeljet ende nuk sanksionohen.<\/p>\n
Q\u00ebllimi i projektit, sipas policis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb ulja e numrit t\u00eb aksidenteve dhe shkeljeve n\u00eb komunikacion, sidomos gjat\u00eb periudhave me frekuenc\u00eb t\u00eb shtuar, kur m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta jan\u00eb tejkalimet e shpejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, parakalimet e rrezikshme dhe parkimi i parregullt, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb zonat turistike.<\/p>\n
Projekti \u201cSafe City\u201d tashm\u00eb funksionon n\u00eb Shkup, Kumanov\u00eb dhe Tetov\u00eb, ku pas periudh\u00ebs testuese q\u00eb filloi m\u00eb 1 dhjetor 2025, gjobat zbatohen nga 1 shkurti 2026. \u00cbsht\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar se sistemi do t\u00eb zgjerohet gradualisht edhe n\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n
Nga SPB theksojn\u00eb se para aktivizimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb, publiku do t\u00eb informohet me koh\u00eb p\u00ebr lokacionet e kamerave, llojet e shkeljeve q\u00eb do t\u00eb sanksionohen, si dhe p\u00ebr masat p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n
